What is Zavvi’s returns policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you’ll have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items in an unused condition. Before returning your order, you’ll need to get in touch with the Zavvi customer service team first. All returns fees incurred are at your own cost.

Is there a loyalty scheme?
They do indeed. Zavvi Rewards allows customers to earn rewards points with every purchase. For every £1 you spend at Zavvi, you’ll earn 1 Zavvi Rewardz point. Each point earned is worth one penny, meaning you get a 1% return on purchases.
When will I receive my refund?
Zavvi will process your return within 48 hours of receiving it into their warehouse. Your refund should then be processed within 5 working days and an email will be sent to confirm this. If you don’t receive your refund and it’s been 10 working days since you received their email, then you’ll need to contact their Customer Service team through your account.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Zavvi don’t want to cancel any orders but occasionally they might have to. This can be down to issues with stock or the price of the item may have been incorrect on their site.
Can I place an order to a different address?
You sure can! You can add a different delivery address at the checkout stage. Your order will automatically default to any saved addresses but you can add more.
