Can I change my order?
Yes, customers can change their orders but, they need to contact Zavetti as soon as possible! All orders placed before 5:00 pm are dispatched on the same working day. Once an order has reached a certain point within the dispatch process, Zavetti is unable to make any changes to it. They can only make changes that do not increase the value of the order.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
This might be because the items that a customer has purchased are already reduced in Zavetti’s sale. Unfortunately, ‘Discount Codes’ and offers are valid on full-price items only.
Can I track my order?
Yes, this possible. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used on the courier website to track the progress of their delivery.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
If customers paid by PayPal, credit or debit card, they can return their items by post within 14 days. They simply need to complete the returns form included in their parcel, repackage the items they want to return, follow the instructions on the returns form and the Zavetti team will be happy to offer a refund.
To exchange any item, customers should simply fill out the exchange section of their returns form and send everything back by post, or contact the Zavetti team who will be happy to help.
