What is the policy for surcharges?

When using Worldwide Parcel Services services you are charged the greater of the actual or volumetric weight, based on the sizes and weights you have supplied. If the consignment is heavier or larger than the weight and dimensions you declared at the point of order, the additional weight charges will be applied plus a £20.00 plus vat administration fee. Also, insurance will be invalidated in the event of a claim, if the size or weight has been under-declared. Does my item have to be packaged? 

Yes. All boxes must be packaged, preferably in a strong cardboard box, with enough padding to avoid movement of the item within the parcel.

Can I send a suitcase through your parcel services?

Yes, you can but it must be in a stem/wrapped in cardboard.

Do I need a commercial/proforma invoice for my parcel? 

All shipments outside the EU require commercial or Proforma invoices regardless as to whether the shipment is for business or private/personal purposes.
