How do I change my account details?

Login to your account and navigate to account details. In the personal details section, you can update your personal information.

What happens if delivery is too early or too late?

If your delivery arrives before or after your selected delivery timeslot, please contact their customer service team so they can help to resolve this.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If your card declines for any reason the customer service team will be in touch with you to reattempt to take payment.

I have a missing ingredient?

We’re really sorry to hear about your missing ingredient. WOOP prides itself on the quality of our ingredients. They follow very strict procedures with our suppliers and production. Please email them to let them know what is missing and so they can help.

When will my WOOP box be delivered?

Your WOOP Box will be delivered between 2 pm - 8 pm on Sunday in Auckland, Hamilton, Hawkes Bay, Rotorua, and Tauranga and 2 pm - 8 pm on Monday in Christchurch, Palmerston North, and Wellington.
