Witchery accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal.
What is the Witchery returns policy?
Online returns can be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason. You should return your items in a new, resaleable condition to be accepted, with all swing tags and packaging intact. Pierced earrings, underwear, swimwear and hosiery can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, they are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any Online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to: Change of delivery address, Changes to colours and sizes, Adding or removing items, Applying discounts or rewards and Full order cancellations.
