Windsor Smith aim to dispatch all orders from their warehouse within 5-7 working days. There can be longer delays during busy sale periods. If so, please allow up to 14 working days for dispatch from their warehouse during this time. Unfortunately, Windsor Smith are unable to dispatch or deliver orders on Victorian public holidays, which may result in further delays.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?
