What is the exchange policy?
Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge via the same shipping method used to place the original order.

If you would like to exchange your items for a different style, please return your items for a refund and place a new order.
What is the customs, duties and taxes policy?
All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.
Unfortunately, they cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

What is the return policy?
They accept the return for items purchased. On the TRAVE store within 15 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return received after 15 days from delivery date will not be accepted and returned to sender.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into the original bag with all labels and tags attached.
Please note that if you choose to use a prepaid return label, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless the product was damaged or not as shown.
