What is the paying method?
ToucanBox accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal.
When will I receive my box?
Your first box will ship within one working day after you sign up. If you have a Double Petite subscription, your box will be shipped within 3-4 working days of payment being taken. The same if you have a Petite or Mister Maker subscription on a fortnightly delivery frequency. If you have a Petite or Mister Maker subscription on a monthly subscription, then your box will be shipped on the 15th or 30th of the month.
Where do you ship?
ToucanBox deliver anywhere in the UK, including BFPO addresses. For countries outside the UK, there will be an additional overseas shipping cost. Just contact ToucanBox with your destination and they can give you a quote.
I have items missing from my box. What shall I do?
ToucanBox do their very best to ensure everything you need is in your box but, if they have made a mistake, ToucanBox certainly want to correct it right away. Just contact ToucanBox and they will sort things out for you as quickly as possible.
My box is damaged, can you help?
Every single box leaves ToucanBox warehouse in pristine condition, but sometimes transit can cause a bit of damage. If your box looks like it’s been dragged through the bushes, let ToucanBox know and they will send you a replacement.
I haven’t received my box yet, what should I do?
ToucanBox are requesting that you give it 5 extra working days than usual due to the delay on distribution. If it isn’t with you by then, please let ToucanBox know.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your deliveries in the automatically renewing Monthly Subscription from the Manage Subscriptions page. Click on ‘Edit / Upgrade / Cancel’ and you’ll see the option to cancel. Then, click on ‘Cancel Box Subscription’ and simply follow the steps to cancel future orders. If you’ve already paid for your next order, that will be the final box you receive and no further charges will be made.
