How long will it take to process my return?
Once your parcel has been received by The White Company it can take up to five days to process your return. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received, so returns sent by Recorded Delivery may reach them more quickly but do not progress more quickly through the process. You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed.
Have you received my return?
The White Company will notify you by email once your order has been processed at their warehouse. To check whether your item has been delivered to The White Company, please use the tracking options provided by your chosen delivery service. If you have sent your return via Hermes, you can track it via the portal, or stay up to date with notifications by downloading the Hermes app.
How do I exchange an item?
The White Company cannot currently offer exchanges by post. To exchange an item that was sent to you incorrectly, please take it to your local store, where they will be happy to help. Alternatively, please return the item using The White Company’s normal returns process, and repurchase the correct item.
It’s been longer than 30 days. Can I still return my item?
If you return an item outside of the 30-day returns period, The White Company will issue a refund in the form of a gift card, which they will email to you. These returns are processed by the Returns team at their Distribution Centre and can take a few days longer.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can. Simply call The White Company’s helpful Customer Service team on 020 375 89 222 (Monday - Friday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, Sunday 10 am to 4 pm).
