The Twister Group accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and JCB cards.
How do I find my shipping rate?
Once you fill out billing and shipping information, the delivery cost will be displayed on the checkout page before you are prompted for payment. Their shipping prices are calculated based on weight, distance, and speed. The Twister Group recommend that you examine all shipping options before making your choice, as depending on your package prices will vary greatly.
How do I cancel my order?
Your order may be cancelled only if it’s on backorder. Send an email to the Sales Department. Please include your name and order number, and they will promptly cancel the shipment of your merchandise.
How do I make a request for a return or exchange?
Fill out RMA Request Form. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number in order to begin the process. All exchanges and returns are subject to The Twister Group’s Return Policy. Panasonic products, as well as software and other products listed as non-returnable, must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
