How can I track items?
To ensure that your item is on its way to you, all consignments leaving The Towel Shop are tracked and tracking numbers are available upon request. Please note that tracking numbers will only be available when your order has been dispatched from their warehouse and the status is set to ‘shipped’. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Please allow several hours for your tracking number to become valid.
How to claim a refund?
