Yes, they do The Catholic Company want you to be happy with every purchase and they guarantee the quality and workmanship of every item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to them within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Items that are custom, personalized, or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective and shipping and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
What should I do if I receive a defective/damaged product?
You need to keep the original shipping container and packing material, as this may be required for insurance claims and please contact The Catholic Company and advise them you received a defective order before sending back the damaged item.
