Can I cancel or amend my order?
The Cambridge Satchel Co. aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, this means they cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed. If your order is incorrect, you can, of course, return or exchange items once they’ve been delivered to you.
If I purchased a bag as a gift and it is not suitable, can I return it?
You can refund or exchange all unused and unembossed purchases within 28 days of you receiving your parcel. The Cambridge Satchel Co. do request that you get in touch with them regarding the return of your bag within 14 days. They do not offer refunds or exchanges on products which have been embossed.
My Melissa Bag has a mark on the base. Is it faulty or damaged?
No, as the entire bag is the result of an injection process, the two small holes at the bottom are a mark of what Melissa call “point of injection”, so this place is where the PVC gets inside the mould. All Melissa shoes have this mark too - it’s a sign of all the hard work and careful process that has gone into making their products.
Can I find out if you have a specific bag in stock?
Unfortunately, The Cambridge Satchel Co. do not hold stock of most of their satchel lines however if you have an urgent request please do not hesitate to contact them directly and they will always do our best to help.
How can I change my delivery address?
The delivery address you have entered into their system is the address your order will be despatched to unless otherwise stated. The website may not appear to have registered this change, however, please be reassured it is correct in their system. Amendments cannot be made once the order has entered the final processing stage so please ensure any changes to your delivery address is made as soon as possible.
