Can I get a refund on my ticket purchase?
All ticket purchases are final - NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.
Will I be able to print tickets purchased from my mobile devices?
Yes, you can retrieve the tickets from the email receipt and print them from your web browser. However, for convenience, they have afforded you the option to retrieve tickets right from your mobile device and have the barcode scanned at the front gate.
How do I buy a ticket?
When you first enter the store you will be presented with a display of available tickets. You can view a description of the ticket by clicking on Buy Now. If you wish to purchase the ticket, select the quantity and add it to the cart.
I purchased a ticket, but I don’t see my receipt confirmation email. What to do?
If you just purchased the ticket, please allow a few minutes for the email to be sent to your inbox. After a few minutes, if the email has not arrived, check the Spam folder. If the receipt confirmation email is not there, please contact the customer support hotline to confirm the email address and ask them to re-send the receipt email again.
What time should I arrive?
All guests will need to arrive 30 minutes before their activity start time. Please make sure you plan your journey and take into consideration the walking time from either the Car Park, Train Station, or Airport.
Is there an age limit on any of the activities?
The minimum age requirement is 8+ years for all activities apart from Dive and Shooting, where the minimum age is 10+ years.
Those under 18 will need permission from a parent/guardian to complete pre-visit documents (online). Those under 16 will need to be accompanied by a guardian over 18 on the day (either as an attractive visitor or taking part). 16 and 17-year-olds may visit unaccompanied.
How do I cancel my booking?
As stated in the Terms and Conditions, all ticket sales are final. A friend or family member may use your tickets on your behalf if you yourself no longer wish to or are able to attend.
