It’s been a few days, why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Because of this, they aren’t shelf-ready quite yet and can’t ship the same day as the order comes in. Most items take between 3-5 business days (doesn’t include weekends) to be produced unless otherwise stated in the product description page, as some of their higher-end frequency clothing and accessories can take longer than this. As soon as your item(s) are born into this world, then they ship them ASAP! Feel like a long time has passed & still no notification on shipping? Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
