It’s been a few days, why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Approximately 95% of the products they carry are actually manufactured on the spot upon confirmation of your order. This means that the items you’re getting are custom & made-to-order just for you! Because of this, they aren’t shelf-ready quite yet and can’t ship the same day as the order comes in. Most items take between 3-5 business days (doesn’t include weekends) to be produced unless otherwise stated in the product description page, as some of their higher-end frequency clothing and accessories can take longer than this. As soon as your item(s) are born into this world, then they ship them ASAP! Feel like a long time has passed & still no notification on shipping? Sometimes their shipping notification emails don’t make it through your email provider’s Spam or Junk mail filters, so just shoot them an email over at email@example.com and they’ll look into this for you.
What is the payment method?
They accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, and PayPal.
What is the refund policy?
Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. They also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
What are the non-returnable item?
Non-returnable items are:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Event Tickets
* Subscription packages or any kind
* Event applications (unless your application has specifically been rejected by Teal Eye LLC)
To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
