Will I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other U.S states will not be subject to any sales tax.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Which countries do you not ship to?
They offer international shipping but at this time are unable to ship to Afghanistan, Ascension, Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kiribati, North Korea, Nauru, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Samoa, Sao Tome, Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Tuvalu.
Email them at firstname.lastname@example.org and they can give you more information. While they do everything they can to prevent any customs fees, holds, or taxes charged to you upon arrival, they cannot guarantee this. If these do occur, they are not responsible for paying these costs. The responsibility is yours, the customer. As well, if you send the package back due to any of the above reasons they will not issue a refund.
How do I exchange an item from my order?
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, they recommend simply buying the product you desire (this will ensure the product does not sell out by the time they receive your item back). You may then return your original purchase to them, using the instructions above. If you have any questions, please email them at email@example.com.
What is the payment method?
They accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and Shopify.
What if I need to modify my order?
If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.
