What is the T2 return policy?

T2 Tea want you to be completely satisfied with your T2 purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, then upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase, you are more than welcome to return the item to T2 Tea within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition.

If your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or store credit will be awarded. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
