My order hasn’t been shipped?

Superette want you to receive your orders asap! Superette aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the time of your order. If your order is placed before 2 pm NZT Monday - Thursday it will be sent the same day on overnight delivery. Any orders placed after 2 pm NZT will be dispatched the following working day. If you haven’t received your order, don’t hesitate to touch base with Superette to check up on your order! You can contact them via email or live chat and their Customer Support team will be able to assist you.

How can I use my Gift Voucher?

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Expiry dates are unable to be extended so don’t forget to use these before they’re expired!

There are currently 2 different types of Vouchers Superette issue. Online gift vouchers and Physical gift vouchers.

Physical Gift Vouchers: These can be purchased both online and in-store and can also be redeemed in-store, over the phone and online. 

Online Gift Vouchers: These can only be purchased online and are only redeemable online. If you wish to use an online-only voucher in-store, that’s no problem! Superette’s teams in store will be able to organise this for you.

Can I return underwear?

Due to hygiene reasons, all underwear sales are final and Superette will not accept exchanges or returns for whatever reason. Any returns of this nature will be sent back to the customer.
