Can I change or cancel my order?

Please call Stuarts London or email Stuarts London as soon as possible to arrange order amendments or cancellation. Stuarts London will aim to amend any orders before packing or dispatch. If Stuarts London have already dispatched the order, then they will have to wait until you return the item(s) back to them for an exchange or refund.
Can I Exchange An Item Outside Of The Returns Period?

- For items marked as sale, Stuarts London are not able to exchange an item outside of their 14 days returns period as per their returns Returns Policy.
Can I Exchange My Items If They Have Been Worn Once or If They Are Without Their Original Packaging?
No. Stuarts London Returns policy states that items must be returned back to them in a resalable condition. Once Stuarts London receive your items back for exchange they will be inspected by a member of their returns team. If they are found to have been worn, come back to use with the smell of perfume, cologne or detergent, or come back to them without the all of the items original labels intact, your exchange request will not be accepted.
