What is your warranty policy?
Stance Inc. (Stance) warrants solely to those consumer purchasers (“purchasers”) who, for their own use or use by another consumer end-user, purchase the Stance branded products (“Products”) directly from an authorized seller (“Authorized Seller”) that the Products manufactured by Stance are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Am I able to process an exchange?
At this time they are unable to process exchanges. Orders purchased on Stance or at a Stance owned retail location can be returned for a refund to the original form of payment.
What is your return policy?
You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
How long will it take to process my return?
Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.
