What is the cancelling an order policy?
If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-800-SKIS.COM (800-754-7266) as soon as possible. They’ll do everything they can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that their order-fulfilment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, they cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive the discount or promotion.
What is the exchange policy?
To exchange your new & unused item(s), place a new order and then initiate a return of your original purchase within 45 days.
This will ensure you receive your new item quickly and reduce the risk of it selling out. You will receive a full refund for items returned in New/Unused condition (minus any shipping costs) once they are received at their warehouse.
What is the warranty information policy?
Should your item have a defect, Their Customer Service Team would be happy to help you facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Skis.com does not pay for return shipping for warrantied items, the customer is responsible for the cost to ship the defective items back to Skis.com or the manufacturer.
