A Merchandise Credit for the full purchase price will be given within 30 days of the date of purchase with a gift receipt. A Merchandise Credit will be issued in the amount of the current selling price of the merchandise for returns made after 30 days and without a receipt. Proper I.D. may be required.

How do you handle defective or damaged items?

Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail via prepaid UPS or insured USPS (to the address below) using the pre-addressed label attached to the packing slip.

Your name and address must be included on the label (packages will not be accepted without a return name and address). Please allow 2 weeks for processing. You may only return orders within 30 days of the original shipping date.
