How soon will my order ship?
Their goal is to ship orders 24-48 hours from order time and date during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8a-5p PST). Orders placed after 3 pm PST on Friday will be shipped out the following non-holiday business day (i.e. Monday).
Big sale days and holidays may cause delays in processing orders and shipments. Mail does not ship on Sundays or holidays and they do not have control over that.
All shipping delivery dates are estimates from the day that the courier takes possession of the order. Just because you place an order on Saturday with 2-3 day priority does not mean that your order will arrive 2-3 days from Saturday. In this scenario, their goal is to ship your order Monday and the “estimated delivery” would be 2-3 days from Monday. You can always contact USPS with your tracking number that was emailed to you.
What is the exchange policy?
If the customer is requesting an exchange, they must follow the “Return Policy” and request an RMA number.
If Savage Barbell sent you the wrong size by mistake, contact them and they will provide a prepaid shipping label for the item to be sent back at no charge to you. Once the item is received at the warehouse, the correct item will be shipped out.
The customer is responsible for shipping & all shipping costs when sending items to Savage Barbell for exchange.
Savage Barbell will ship the new exchanged items back, at no cost to customers, for the first exchange. If the customer would like a second exchange, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping costs in both directions. A shipping invoice for 1st class mail via USPS will be emailed to the customer for payment before the item is sent.
Savage Barbell does not provide free exchange shipping for international orders. Include your own international prepaid shipping label for the exchange.
If a refund request is made after exchange items have been sent, the customer will be charged for the previous exchange postage and re-stocking fee.

What if I receive a faulty/damaged item?
Yes, it happens occasionally. If they sent you the wrong item or a defective item, let them know. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order #, full name, mailing address, and email address with instructions on which item was incorrect and they will let you know what to do next.
