What is Ryman Pulse?

Can I amend or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, they are unable to amend an order once it has been submitted; this includes changing the size/colour of an item, removing or adding an item, changing the delivery address or any payment methods.

Once your order has entered their dispatching process they will not be able to make any changes. In these circumstances, you may return goods by using their returns process.
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract with them, within 7 working days of receiving your order. You will need to advise them so they can issue you with a full refund and return the cancelled items to them. However, all their products are covered by the Ryman 28 day refund or exchange policy. They are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted product provides that it is returned to them within 28 days of receipt unused, and in its original undamaged packaging with proof of purchase. If they do not receive the cancelled items back, they may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
What happens if I am out when my item is delivered?
All items delivered by Hermes, or Nightfreight will need to be signed for, however, if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to arrange redelivery of your order.
For orders shipped via Royal Mail and cannot be posted or accepted, a card will be left and these can be collected at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office.
How do I search for a product?
There are a number of ways you can search for a product. Simply browse through the categories at the top of the homepage and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section, spilt into either product types or branded types.
Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the product code, product or brand into their search facility and they will find you everything related to your specific search.
Once you have found what you are looking for, click ‘add to shopping bag’, and when you’re done shopping, follow the on-screen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details.
Do Ryman have a catalogue I can buy from?
Ryman regularly publish catalogues throughout the year, look out for them in their stores, national press and online. They do however regularly print in-store leaflets showing all the latest products and special offers.
When will I be charged?
Once your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we would recommend you contact your bank or card issuer to understand why they were unable to authorise the payment.
Do Ryman offer student discounts?
They do at certain times of the year. Please look out in-store, on-line and throughout local newspapers and mobile advertising.
