How can I track my order?
Your order can be tracked via the Their Order portal by clicking here. You will need your order number or web reference number and postcode.
Do you offer international shipping?
Rattan Direct items have been shipped all around the world, and they love overseas customers enjoying their rattan furniture. However, you will need to contact them directly, to see if Rattan Direct can deliver to you and to get a great price.
Can I cancel or change an order?
If you would like to add/change or cancel an order, you can do this at any point until your order has been dispatched ready for delivery. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow Rattan Direct returns procedure.
What is the warranty on the rattan weave?
Rattan Direct is confident that your weave won’t become damaged, and that’s why they offer a 24-month warranty on the Rattan weave, to give you peace of mind after purchase.
Do I have the option to put down a deposit?
If you placed an order and the item is currently out of stock or there is a lead time for delivery, you can pay a deposit of 10% to secure your order. Rattan Direct would, of course, need the balance to be paid before they dispatch the furniture for delivery.
Can I exchange my order for something different once delivered?
If your purchase isn’t quite what you’re after then don’t hesitate to get yourself a different set, but charges will apply to pick up and drop off your new furniture. To exchange your order simply email Rattan Direct team with your order number and the product that you’d like to receive.
