Where’s my order?
All orders placed before 3 pm BST/GMT will be dispatched on the same working day if you placed your order after 3 pm your parcel will be dispatched the following working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.
My order tracking doesn’t work
Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking link to become live with the carrier. In most cases, the tracking link will only become live online once it is scanned for the first time. You may have received your dispatch notification already but your parcel might still be at the warehouse awaiting collection. Once collected you will begin to see your order journey.
Can I change the shipping address?
Their warehouse aims to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible, so they can’t always make any changes to the shipping address. However, if your order has not been dispatched, please get in touch as soon as possible with the correct address and we’ll try their best to get the address changed for you. Please note they cannot guarantee the address will be amended.
Have you received my return yet?
Depending on the service used to return your item(s), it can take up to 8 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by their returns team. They try to process all returns within 48 hours of receiving them at their warehouse. They’ll notify you by email once the return has been processed.
