You may need to register your Priority Pass membership in order to take advantage of all the benefits of membership.

Are there any access permissions that the app requires?

Yes. The permissions are Wi-Fi connection information; receive data from the Internet, full network access, view network connections, prevent the device from sleeping and use accounts on the device. These permissions allow you to download data from the internet and check if you are connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or data). They also allow you to use the barcode located in some features of the app.

Can I cancel/amend my booking?

Priority Lane services cannot be cancelled or amended once an e-pass has been issued, even if your travel plans change unexpectedly.

Can I book and use the Priority Lane service on the same day?

This depends on the airport and will be confirmed during the booking process. As a general rule, the later you leave a Priority Lane booking, the more likely it is that the service will not be available at the desired time. They advise that you book as much in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
