What facilities are available at your lounges?
In general, they provide comfortable seating, complimentary food and beverages, and a selection of newspapers and magazines. The provision of other facilities depends on the individual lounge setting which may include shower, private resting area, TV, payphones, computer workstations, and Wi-Fi. You will be able to see a list of facilities each lounge offers prior to making your booking. Please select your preferred lounge by starting from the “Find Lounges” section for details.
What additional services can I book online?
Other bookable services include shower, private relaxation area, and massage. Reservations must be made at least 1 hour in advance.
How can I amend or cancel my booking?
Please contact their reservation team on the phone no. or email address located on your booking confirmation email to cancel or make changes to your booking. Please also note the Terms & Conditions related to service cancellation and amendments reflected on your booking confirmation email, as some services/packages cannot be cancelled or amended.
How far ahead can I book?
You can book up to one (1) year in advance.
Can I book for a group of ten or more?
Yes. Please use their online “Group Booking Request” form. As services/facilities are limited at certain locations, to ensure availability, please submit your request at least 7 days in advance.
Do I need to make a reservation for Plaza Premium access with an eligible Credit Cards?
Reservation is currently not required. You may walk-in to their lounge and present your credit card and boarding pass for entry. Please note, however, that entrance is not guaranteed and subject to lounge capacity.
