What is the payment method?
PandaHall accepts Mastercard, VISA, PayPal, American Express, WebMoney, Wire Transfer, JCB, DHL, and FedEx.
Why I can’t get your email responses?
Please check the spam guard setting of your email box. You can also submit a ticket in your account on PandaHall website if they have not replied to your email in 48 hours. Sometimes, they may miss emails from their customers. However, no message sent from your account to PandaHall website will be missed.
What if the goods arrive damaged?
If your package shows breakage on receipt, attempt to open it in the presence of the driver or at least bring it to his/her attention when signing for the item. If possible, try to obtain a photograph of the damaged package. And also, you need to weigh the packages you received in case some items dropped out during transport from the damaged package. Contact PandaHall immediately and retain all packaging materials. Meantime, call the delivery company and tell them about the breakage etc.
What is the policy for exchanges?
Product exchanges can be accepted on PandaHall. The same product exchange will be priced at the same discount as the original order, and all other items will be priced as a new order. Order over-payments will be refunded to you.
How can I know the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order including the real-time preparation information from the “order history” of your account on their website. PandaHall customer services representatives will also keep you updated with the status of your order by sending you emails.
