Which payment methods do you accept?
Secure Transactions can be made by Visa, Mastercard & Amex and are securely processed via Braintree, they also offer Paypal express checkout and Amazon Payments.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
No problem just email email@example.com and they will get one sent to you.
I need to amend/cancel my order, how do I let you know?
If your order needs to be edited or canceled please let them know as soon as possible, drop them an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return an item?
They offer a fair and mostly FREE returns service should you change your mind, need a different size, or receive a faulty item. If you decide to return an item please do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. They’re happy to provide a free returns label and pay for the delivery cost of replacement items for UK customers.
If you want to return an item please visit their Royal Mail returns portal with your order details and they will arrange the return with you and issue a shipping label to return the item at their expense (UK customers only).
