Nickis.com accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this number, you can check the status of your order online.
How long does it take until my order arrives?
If you place an order before 15:00pm we process the order the same day. Usually, you receive your order within 2-4 business days. Once your order leaves their distribution centre you will receive an email. This email includes a tracking number which you can use to track the delivery by their logistics partner at any time.
Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to adapt or cancel your order as long as your order has not been processed or shipped yet. Therefore, it is important that you contact them as soon as possible after your order has been made.
How do I get my money back?
After receiving and checking your package, we refund the respective amount. The refund will vary depending on the payment method and will be made within 7 days after receiving the returned products.
How does the 14 days’ return policy work?
You can return all unused, unworn and undamaged items within 14 days. Please be careful to not remove the original labels or damage the articles. You will receive your order with a return note. If you want to return an item, please fill out the return note and put it in a shipping box together with the product. Please note that we need the original packaging.

Make sure the label of the primary order is no longer visible when you return the package. Once they have received and processed your return, you will get a confirmation via email. When returning several articles from different orders, please make sure to enclose all return notes within the package.
