When will I receive my feel-good loyalty card?
If you sign up online, your card should be with you within four weeks. However, you will have a temporary card saved to your account, which you can use from the moment you sign up.
What is the payment method?
Neals Yard Remedies accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Paypal.
Should I wait to receive my card in the post before I can earn points?
No, if you log in to the account you signed up for feel-good loyalty with, you’ll collect points on a temporary number as you shop online. Then, when you receive your physical card in the post, you can earn points in-store as well as online.
What is your exchange policy?
If you’ve decided you’d like to exchange the Product and the product has not been used & seal remains unbroken, let them know on the Dispatch Note with the returned Product and Neals Yard Remedies will provide a refund.
Unfortunately, due to health protection and hygiene reasons, Neals Yard Remedies are unable to accept cancellation of a Contract or offer a refund or exchange on homoeopathy, loose herbs or superfoods, make-up brushes or dispensed tinctures. If in doubt, please contact their Customer Advice Line.
Will I collect points on every product I buy?
Most of the products will earn you points as you buy, although some exclusions apply, including on gift cards, therapies, courses and gift wrapping.
What to do if the product is faulty/damaged in transit/ misdescribed?
If the Products are faulty, damaged in transport or misdescribed, please return the Product and proof of purchase to them as soon as possible, call their Customer Care Line. They will examine the returned Product and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period. They will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day, they confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the faulty, damaged or misdescribed Product.
