How long does it take to dispatch my order?
They endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. They are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
My order has not come yet and it has been 2 weeks?
In the event of non-delivery, please allow 28 days before contacting us. Postal regulations mean that unfortunately, we cannot follow up on missing items before that time. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact them directly.
How do I return an item?
Please send all International returns using your local postal service to Returns Department, MyMemory, 2 Britannia Place, Jersey, JE2 4YS. Be sure to include your order number so they can identify your order. For items over the value of £50 please send goods by International Recorded post. Please retain the proof of postage when returning items. Unfortunately, they cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.
I received a damaged item?
You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised, or is not what you ordered. They will issue a full refund or a replacement, including postage costs, at no additional charge.
My item is faulty?
Faulty items can be returned within the first 6 months of receipt unless specified on individual product listings. They test every return for faults and defects. If an item is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you.
