How can I pay for my online purchase?
Mummy & Little Me accepts all major credit cards at Mummy and Little Me. They also accept Paypal. If you prefer then you can simply send them a cheque. You can shop confidently on their secure website.
What if my item is faulty?
Occasionally items do develop a fault, if this happens then please email them in the first instance details of the fault and they can then advise where they go from there. Most changing bags do have a 6-month guarantee unless stated otherwise thereafter any action will be at the discretion of Mummy & Little Me and the manufacturer.
Free Gifts - what happens if I send an item back I had a free gift with?
Occasionally they may offer free gifts with goods - these free gifts will always have a value set for them and generally will also be for sale on their website. If in the event you send an item back you had a free gift with but don’t send the gift back, then you will be charged the full RRP for the free gift which will be deducted from your refund automatically. If your 1st choice of free gift is not available at time of delivery, then they reserve the right to pick a similar item of the same value or higher.
What is the return policy?
If you wish to return an item simply email them at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will send you a link to create a returns label. You can then create your returns label on the royal mail website and take your parcel to your local post office. They will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt.

What is the refund policy?
Once they have received your item you will get a confirmation email from them, any refunds will take up to 14 days to appear back in your account depending on your bank. All refunds will be processed by your original form of payment.
