Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order with them, providing it has not yet left their warehouse and you give written notice within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been dispatched, you can follow their returns policy.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify meli melo in writing by emailing help@melimelo.com. meli melo will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation or 14 days for sale items, note well sale items incur a return charge fee. If your order has already left our warehouse by the time your cancellation request is received, they will try to retrieve it but you may need to wait for the return.

How long will my order take to be shipped?

Orders placed before 3 pm GMT will be dispatched the same day (Monday - Friday), orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

What is the return policy?

Should you wish to return an item, they are happy to offer an exchange or refund on full-priced non-monogrammed goods, providing items are returned to their warehouse within 30 days of receipt for full priced items and a return requested 14 days from receipt for sales items.

All items must be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging with the order paperwork. meli melo are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are monogrammed, damaged, used or not in their original packaging.

Note well they charge for returning sale items but they offer free returns for full price items.

When will I receive my refund?

meli melo will refund the full value of your order, once it is returned back into their warehouse. To notify them that you have received the back in a stock email this also helps speed up the processing of the return help@melimelo.com. Once they have processed the refund, it can take 5-20 days for the international banking system to get your funds back to you, please be patient.
