How to return an item?

They do not offer refunds on pierced earrings, beauty products, and unless they are faulty or hair extensions that have been opened. All returns must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging otherwise, they may not be able to process your refund.

Refunds will automatically be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, within 5 days after they receive your return. Please note; returns can take up to 7 days to get back to them depending on the postage service you use.
They advise all customers to obtain/keep proof of postage until the return has been completed.

FREE GIFT RETURNS

Occasionally, they may run a promotional offer to give a free gift with your online order when you spend a certain amount of money. When returning a full order for a refund, you must include the free gift with your return. If you do not include the free gift, they’ll have to deduct the value of the gift from the value of your refund. I returned my item but haven’t been refunded yet?

All refunds are processed by their fab returns team who aim to process and complete all refund payments within 5 working days of your item(s) being returned to them. Dependent on your individual bank, this may take a further few days to display as a recent transaction on your online banking and/or paper statement.
