What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
In the event of a mis-shipment please contact them. Lucky Vitamins will reship (at no extra shipping cost) the correct products immediately. They will provide you with a return shipping label to send the incorrect item back if needed.
Can I cancel my recent order?
To cancel an order please notify them within 15 minutes of placing the order via phone (888-635-0474) or LiveChat. This 15 minute time frame is due to their same-day shipping promise! They will always strive to ship an order as soon as they get it. Once an order has entered the processing state or shipped, they cannot cancel or edit an order, however, you may always return the order for a refund.
Most orders enter the processing stage very quickly unless delayed or held for payment or billing issues! If your order has already shipped, I am sorry but they cannot cancel the order. Lucky Vitamins will wait until the items are returned to their warehouse to refund the items to you. So, please be sure to double-check your order before submitting it!
How can I track my order? When will my items arrive?
Please allow for 2-8 business days for arrival (depending on location) if you selected the Standard shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you can track it by using the “track your order” link on the top of their site, or by entering your tracking number from your shipment confirmation email at www.fedex.com, www.usps.com, or webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com.
Orders shipped to outside of the United States will ship via DHL. Usually, these are delivered within 5-15 business days but may take up to 3 weeks depending on any delays at customs. You can track these packages at webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com.
DHL Standard shipments will have limited tracking and do not provide a delivery scan. Delays at customs can take quite a few days depending on local customs restrictions and regulations. See more information here.
