How do I book a lounge?
Choose from a drop-down airport selection the destination and lounge of your choice, your desired departure date (all bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your departure date) and the number of passengers in your party (a maximum of 5 per booking). You can check the specific details of the lounge (e.g. location, opening times and entry conditions) and see how much it would cost for each passenger in your party.
What payment methods do you have?
Once you have submitted all your travel and passenger details you will be asked to submit your payment details via a secure network connection using one of the following cards - Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard or American Express. Please refer to their payment policy for more details.
Can I amend my dates if I have changed my mind?
They understand that there may be the need for you to change your travel plans and Lounge Pass has a team of customer service agents to assist with your requirements (whether you wish to amend your travel date or party details or even refund your booking).
I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be advised in writing by letter, fax or by email to Lounge Pass within working hours at least 24 hours prior to the visit date and time at the lounge.
Is your website safe for my personal details?
Lounge Pass uses industry-standard SSL encryption technologies when transferring and receiving confidential information (e.g. credit card details and personal information). The pages on which this information is exchanged are hosted on a secure server, certificated by GeoTrust. Check the page properties and/or certificate.
