What forms of payment do you accept?
Lorna Jane Pty Ltd is proud to accept Master Card, Visa payments, PayPal, Union Pay and AliPay. Lorna Jane do not offer Direct Deposit, Cheques, Diners, AMEX or cash on delivery as payment methods. They also accept Lorna Jane gift vouchers.
How can I track the status of my order?
All orders are sent via DHL. Tracking numbers will be provided directly from DHL via email when dispatched. These can then be tracked by visiting the DHL website.
Do Lorna Jane pay for my return shipping?
Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser. For faulty or damaged products, include a copy of your postage receipt.
If the product is deemed faulty after review, Lorna Jane will credit the cost of the postage back to you. Lorna Jane does not take any responsibility for orders lost in transit.
What if I believe my item is faulty?

How will my order be shipped?
Lorna Jane use DHL for all orders placed on the Singapore website.
