What is the return policy?
They really hope you love every item that you purchase from LIVE x MAINTAIN, however, if you do need to make a return all returns must meet their overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply. If you discover a fault with your item you received please follow these steps:
* Faults/Damaged/Missing/Unwanted items should be reported within 7 days of receiving your item(s) via email on contact@livexmaintain.com You will also be advised to take pictures of the damages found on the item(s) delivered before being advised to return the item(s) back to them. These pictures and evidence must be sent back to them within 72 hours of receiving the request.
* Refund for purchased items may be subject to confirmation on the faulty item.
* Refunds on the returns described by the items above may be rejected.
* Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
