Can I change my order?
Once your order is placed, they can only make changes to it before it enters their processing system. This is usually occurring within one hour of placing an order. If a change to an order is needed, please contact customer service immediately and they will try their best to accommodate your request.
How do I cancel my order?
You may be able to cancel your order before it is released to the warehouse for processing. However, once an order is released to the warehouse for processing, it can no longer be cancelled. Normally this occurs within 24 hours, but at times it can take into effect sooner. If a cancellation is needed, please contact customer service immediately and they will try their best to accommodate your request.
Where do I send my return?
For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Life and Home cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method such as USPS. Please include the original receipt/email confirmation and ship return packages to:

How long does it take to be refunded?
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-5 business days once the package is received and inspected by their returns department; however, in many cases, you will receive your refund more quickly. Life and Home’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund as soon as it is processed. After two weeks, if you don’t receive credit, please contact them via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org so they can investigate what happened to your refund. Please include your full name as it appeared on the order, address, order number, name of the shipper used, and the tracking number.
