What are the shipping methods that LEGO® offers?

Standard Delivery: For orders shipped via standard delivery, always allow 3-5 business days from the date the order is shipped. For same-day shipping, orders must be received by 11 AM NZST. Orders received after 11 AM NZST will ship the following day.

Express delivery: This method is not available for LEGO gift card orders and LEGO Pick a Brick customized products.

Does LEGO® offer FREE Shipping?

In order to be granted FREE delivery, your order total should be more than $199. Once your order reaches $199, free standard delivery will automatically be added to your order. Excludes pre-order and backorder items.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

Delivery dates are estimates in accordance with their carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay, please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
