Can I amend my order?
Once your order is placed they are unable to amend your order. If you would like to change your order they can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched and place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched from their third party warehouse they can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to their warehouse to receive a full refund.
Do I have to pay import tax/duties on my order?
All international orders outside the EU are delivered duties un-paid therefore you may be subject to custom and/or duty taxes. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods. Currently, all orders under $800 US do not incur any import duties/taxes however this can vary from state to state. Please check your local customs tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are delivered.
Can I exchange my online order?
Unfortunately, they are unable to offer exchanges at this point in time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
Can I return my online order?
La Coqueta accept returns in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 14 working days of receipt. PLEASE NOTE: ALL hair accessories, hats, tights and socks are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons. The cost to return the order is the responsibility of the customer. If you a returning an order from outside the EU please ensure the package is clearly marked with ‘BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’. Please note they are unable to refund any delivery, custom taxes or duties incurred outside of the UK.
