What are Kogan’s acceptable payment methods?
Kogan accepts Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal.
My products are missing, what should I do?
Some products may be sent separately as different items are supplied by different warehouses. Once each item has left the warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your carrier and tracking details. You can also view the status of every item in your customer account portal by logging in and going to your order history.
Can I change my orders?
Kogan does their best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so it may not always be possible to change your order once it’s been placed. If changes need to be made to your order such as removing an item or updating the delivery address, please visit your order history and select your order from there.
Why have I been charged twice for one?
Occasionally, two identical payments will appear on your statement. One payment will be taken as a pre-approval payment from your financial institution, the second payment will go through to them. If you have any concerns, Kogan recommend that you get in touch with your financial institution directly.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve paid?
In order to provide the most efficient service, Kogan’s warehouse is highly automated dealing with thousands of orders each day and it is not always possible to halt an order once it’s in their system. If changes need to be made to your order, such as cancelling an item or updating the delivery address, please visit your Account > Order History.
