Knock Knock accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and Paypal.
Can I cancel the order?
Unfortunately, they are unable to make any changes to orders after they’ve been placed, even cancelations. If you contact them immediately during business hours (Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) they’ll do their best to help, but sadly, no promises!
When will my order ship?
They are experiencing delays at their warehouse and order processing times are longer than usual. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped.
If you choose one of the following shipping services, they’ll do their best to ship your order by the following business day: FedEx Next Day, 2 Day, or Express Saver.
Please note that processing times and transit times are different. They’re working with their warehouse to process orders as quickly as possible, but there may be additional carrier delays at this time. They apologize for any inconvenience.
How will my order ship?
Orders ship via USPS and FedEx. Domestic orders earning FREE SHIPPING! will ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight (if your package weighs more than 13 oz, it must be shipped via Priority Mail).
All packages are shipped from Reno, Nevada, so it can sometimes take 6 or more business days for packages to reach the East Coast via First Class Mail. Priority Mail packages are usually delivered within three days of shipping, but the USPS does not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame for Priority packages (so they can’t either, unfortunately).
What is the return policy?
Unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging and pristine condition purchased from Knock Knock can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of order. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Any package returned without an RA# will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Knock Knock products purchased through other retailers (including Amazon) must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
How to return the order?
Please follow the instructions below for ALL returns:
* Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-656-5662 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please write this number on the box or on the address label. Packages received without an RA# will be refused and returned to sender.
* Packages must be shipped via insured U.S. mail or the traceable parcel carrier of your choice (such as FedEx or UPS). CODs will not be accepted.
Knock Knock is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier. Knock Knock will refund ground shipping costs for those items that were shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective.

What to do if I receive a damaged/defective product?
Items that are received damaged can be returned for a refund within 5 days of the customer’s receipt of order. Knock Knock may provide a return shipping label for items received in error or damaged and/or defective. Damaged packaging should be kept for inspection by the carrier.
