What is the payment method?
Julep accepts all major credit cards, including VISA, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. Julep also accept PayPal.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Julep cannot cancel or alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order or changing the shipping method.
When will my order ship and where does Julep ship from?
Julep process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from Julep with tracking information within 24 hours. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

What if my order arrived with something – missing/incorrect/damaged?
If your Julep package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email them right away at Julep. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage to their records.
Is the product I received expired?
Each product has it’s own PAO or period-after-opening date in which the product should be used. The time is indicated in months and can be found inside or alongside a symbol of an open cream jar printed on the packaging. Please reference your specific product’s PAO to ensure you get the most use out of your products.
Can I return my purchase?
Your 100% satisfaction is important to them. Julep allows 30-day returns for all products. Please email Maven@Julep.com with your refund request. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
