How do I make a special order?
When requesting special orders customers are simply asking for info and if Jackson Sport are able to get a product. Once that info is given and customers have confirmed that they want to order it, Jackson Sport will email a link to purchase that product and by paying the customer is committed to receiving it.
How is the order processing ?
Stock Availability. All items are advertised subject to availability. If Jackson Sport are ever out of stock of an item and cannot supply it within a few days Jackson Sport will e-mail or phone the customer giving the option to cancel your order, wait, or accept an alternative.
Sold Out Items. Jackson Sport are a small retailer, and while they do have a modern platform mistakes can still happen. Inevitably Jackson Sport may therefore occasionally sell out of an item that is still on the website as in stock. If Jackson Sport has sold out of an item they will contact the customer giving the option to cancel the order, wait, or accept an alternative.
What is the returns policy?
If a customer decides that the product purchased from Jackson Sport is not exactly what the customer was looking for, or is the wrong size, there is no problem returning it to Jackson Sport.
Jackson Sport will accept products back for exchange or a full refund as long as products are unused and with the original packaging. Please do not remove labels from products.
With returned items please include -
Order Number or a copy of the receipt
Instructions for exchange/refund
Reason for return or details of item defect

Do your products have a warranty?
All the products Jackson Sport sell is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which will cover the product for faults and defects. This period of cover can vary, most items will be 1 year, but it is worth remembering that warranties do not cover general wear and tear. If customers have an issue with a product purchased from Jackson Sport contact Jackson Sportfirst. Please ensure that returned items with a warranty or repair issue are clean. Customers will have to cover the postage cost back to Jackson Sport.
