Can I change my order information?
1. Enter the ‘Orders’ page.
2. Locate the order you wish to modify.
3. If options are available to modify or cancel the order, they will appear. If cancelling your order, you will not be charged and all pending transactions will be voided. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear back in the financial account associated with the order payment.
4. If the order has already shipped, please contact the carrier directly to change any delivery information.
How do I find and print my invoice?
1. Go to the ‘Orders’ page of your account.
2. Locate the order you need an invoice from and select ‘Order Details’.
3. Select the ‘View Invoice’ link.
4. Select ‘Print’ to download and print your invoice.
How do I cancel my order?
1. Go to the ‘Orders’ page.
2. Click on ‘Edit Order’.
3. Select ‘Cancel Order’.
4. You will receive a notification if the cancellation was successful.
Where’s my order?
iHerb makes tracking your orders easy! Simply do the following:
1. Go to the Orders page of your account.
2. Locate the order you wish to track and select ‘Track Shipment’.
3. The estimated delivery date, carrier name, tracking number, carrier website, and the current status of the order will be displayed.
Customers not using the iHerb app to shop with them can also click ‘Order Status’ located at the bottom of the iHerb homepage for quick navigation to order tracking. Tracking will only become available once orders have shipped and not seeing tracking information due to this is no cause for alarm. Please allow up to 7 days for order tracking to update from the time your order has shipped before reaching out to the carrier directly.
What do I do if I received an extra item?
Please accept the extra item as a gift from iHerb to you! You don’t need to report it to them and there’s no action needed on your end.
If you received the wrong item or are missing an item you ordered, they apologise and would love to help you. Simply initiate a refund claim for this mistake. Most refund claims are reviewed within 24 hours and sometimes are automatically refunded. Once approved, they kindly request that you please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to finish processing and for the funds to appear in your financial account.
