The mattress
* If the mattress isn’t suitable for you, inform them within the 100-day trial period with an email.
* Send them an email through info@homylink.ck.uk The refund will be carried out after the item returned safely to them.
* Free products will not be eligible for return in exchange for a refund or any other form of compensation.
Other products
* If the product does not suits you well, email a return request to info@homylink.co.uk within the probation period of the project.
* The items (pillow/chair) must be returned in original packaging.
* For pillows/chair, please email your return request to info@homylink.co.uk and they will send you a return label for the advance payment.
* Please print the label, pop it up, and put it anywhere on the outside of the box.
* Free products will not be eligible for return in exchange for a refund or any other form of compensation.

Can I cancel the order?
Unfortunately, once they place an order, they cannot stop the order. If you change your mind after this, you can refuse delivery or return the product to them according to the return policy.
