Holabird Sports accepts all the major of Credit Cards and PayPal.
Can I cancel or make a change to my order after it’s been placed?
If your order is still processing they will try their best to put a stop on your order so it can be cancelled or changed. Holabird Sports will do their best to fulfil your request. If your order leaves for shipment, you can email them at email@example.com for return information.
What is the changes and cancellations policy?
They will do their very best to accommodate any changes or cancellations that you would like to make. However, their order-fulfilment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, they cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been submitted.
If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-866-860-1416 as soon as possible. They try to respond to all emails within 24 hours but orders process quickly and your email may not be received before your order has processed and shipped.
Can I return my shoes if I wore them for a run or walk?
Holabird Sports recommend that customers try on their shoes on a carpet or wooden floor area to get a general feel of how the shoes will feel before taking them out for exercise. In general, they do not accept worn shoes.
What is the return policy?
If your items were sent in a box other than a shoebox, you may simply return the items in the box. Place your return label on the box or write your RMA number on the outside of the box. If your items were sent in a bag, simply re-tape the bag, place your return label or RMA on the outside of the bag. If you aren’t provided with a return label you may use the carrier of your choice to send back your items. All returns must be made within 90 days of the original order date and may be exchanged or refunded.
